Sicreto Labs / For data suppliers

Companies in Spain and Southern Europe · free to join

Prepare your company for GDPR before any filming. We contact you only if a commissioned project fits your site.

For companies with real work worth filming. Sign-up, the readiness assessment and the paperwork templates are free. Sicreto films and licenses data itself. When an AI team commissions a dataset from Sicreto, we may agree with your company to film at your site. You deal only with Sicreto: we do not publish a list of companies, introduce you to buyers or broker deals.

Nothing is filmed, uploaded, de-identified or verified until three things are in place: (1) an AI team has signed a paid purchase order with Sicreto; (2) your company has signed a written agreement with Sicreto for that project; and (3) every person who will be filmed has given their own consent directly to Sicreto, and we have checked it before filming.

Guidance, not legal advice. Signing up is not a promise of a project, an order or a payment. Sicreto Labs is not a law firm and does not hold any GDPR certification.

How it works

Free for your company

  1. Tell us what you haveThe work that could be filmed, and where. Business contact details only.
  2. Run the readiness checkA few questions in your browser give you a red, amber or green readiness status and the gaps to close.
  3. Prepare the paperworkFree templates: consent and image-use authorisation, signage, privacy notice, DPIA outline. Have your own counsel review them.
  4. We keep your details on fileSicreto reviews your sign-up. Nothing about your company is shown to anyone outside Sicreto.
  5. If a commissioned project fitsWe explain it to you first: tasks, hours, how people would be asked and what would be filmed. Nothing happens unless you sign an agreement with Sicreto.
  6. Sicreto runs consent, filming and de-identificationAnd then licenses the finished dataset under its own licence. Any payment to you is set in your agreement with Sicreto.
