Sicreto Labs / For companies
We help Spanish companies take part in made-to-order filming of real work, with consent and legal review before anything happens.
Robotics and physical-AI teams need first-person video of real work, and records of how work gets done. If your company runs warehouses, hotels, workshops, farms, food plants, shops or terminals in Spain and Southern Europe, that work may be useful to these teams, and we may be able to film it with your agreement. We run the consent process and the filming ourselves, and nothing goes ahead until our own legal review is done. You should also check with your own adviser. Nothing is filmed or shared before you sign.

What this is, and what it is not
This is a concierge service, run by hand. When an AI or robotics team commissions a dataset, we look for a suitable site, then run consent, filming, anonymisation and delivery ourselves. There is no catalogue, and no company names are published.
It is not a promise of a filming day, a buyer or a payment. We cannot promise those, and any company that does should be asked how. What we can do is keep your details on file and contact you only if a commissioned project fits your site. The decision to sign, or decline, stays with you.
Three ways a company can take part
A. Filmable work
A dataset filmed on your premises: head-cam video, with synced sensors where agreed, of named tasks on normal shifts. For now we film the owner or a performer we contract, not your employees. Filming employees comes later, only with extra safeguards and after worker representatives have been informed.
B. Existing video you already hold
Video you already record, for example for process, quality or training. This is reviewed case by case, and only after legal review of why it was recorded, who is in it and whether a new use has a lawful basis. We do not accept security or CCTV footage. We will not list, export or license it for AI training, with or without consent or blurring. If you want your site to take part, we can offer a new, separate filming day with fresh consent instead. Please do not send us any video at this stage.
C. Operational records
Procedures, task logs or workflow documents. Records are looked at case by case, only after legal review, and nothing is shared or licensed at this stage. No records are handed over at intake.
What you have to do, and what you do not
You would: take one call, host one site visit, name the tasks done every day, and tell us whether worker representatives need to be informed.
You would not: film anything before a signed agreement, hand over data at intake, or be published by name without your written permission. Any worker would be asked by us directly, never by the employer, and can say no. The site agreement commits the employer to no consequences for anyone who declines. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and the consent form explains plainly what withdrawal can and cannot undo.
What a company may receive
If a filming day goes ahead, any payment for hosting it is agreed in writing before anything is filmed. No amounts are published here, and none is promised.
There is no fee for the intake call.
How it works
- Tell us about your company in the form below. The form opens an email to ramon@sicreto.ai. What you type in the form is not stored on this site. We use analytics only with your cookie consent; see Privacy.
- One 20-minute call: what work, which tasks, who is on shift, who can sign, whether worker representatives are involved, and any restricted zones.
- If a commissioned project fits your site, we explain it to you first: the tasks, the hours, how workers would be asked, and what would be filmed. Nothing is shared with anyone outside Sicreto without your written approval.
- If you are not interested, say no and nothing further happens.
Before any filming: a signed site agreement, separate written consent from every worker filmed, and legal review. Before any existing data is shared: a review of lawful basis, chain of title and anonymisation.
